Dean
Professor Jeremy Higham
I am responsible for the academic leadership and management of the Faculty and its constituent schools, working closely with the Pro Deans, Heads of School and the Faculty's Finance, HR and Marketing Managers. I contribute to leadership in the University through my membership of the Faculties Management Group, Strategy Group and Senate.
Pro-Dean for Research and Innovation
Professor Adam Crawford
I work with the school Directors of Research and Innovation and the Research Support Office to develop, promote and deliver our Research, Innovation and Impact Strategy. Our main goals are to increase the quantity and quality of funded research projects, publications and other outputs and to build our community of researchers and research students.
Pro-Dean for Student Education
Mrs Norma Martin Clement
I have responsibility for managing the strategic development of learning and teaching and student support within the Faculty and its schools working closely with the school Directors of Student Education. I also lead a range of university-wide initiatives for enhancing learning and teaching and the overall student experience.
International Co-ordinator
Professor Roger Halson
I lead the development and implementation of International Strategy, working with the Dean and school International Co-ordinators. This involves developing new international research and teaching collaborations and acting as an ambassador for the University during overseas visits and in hosting international visitors to Leeds.
Director of Leeds Social Sciences Institute
Professor Ian Kirkpatrick
I direct the Leeds Social Sciences Institute and the Leeds base of the ESRC's Doctoral Training Centre in Social Sciences, working with the Pro-Deans for Research and Innovation of the social science faculties to support their Research, Innovation and Impact strategies through a range of interdisciplinary activities and events.
Director of the Graduate School
Dr Hugh Dyer
As Director of the Graduate School, I have responsibility for leading the development and implementation of research degree strategy, recruitment and student experience, in conjunction with the school Postgraduate Research Tutors, the social sciences Doctoral Training Centre and the LEAP Research Training Hub for the social sciences and arts.

Christine Roberts
I am the first point of contact for the Dean and the Faculty Office and provide administrative support to the Dean and the Faculty's Finance, HR and Marketing Managers.
