The Director of the Graduate School is Jen Hendry and The Graduate School Manager is India McGlinchey and The Director of the Leeds base of the White Rose Doctoral Training Centre for the Social Sciences is Louise Waite.

The LEAP Training Hub offers skills development opportunities to doctoral students and research staff working in the Social Sciences. It is led by Jenny Rivas Perez.

Research Student Administration is the main university office dealing with the administration of research students, including scholarships and admissions, and progression through to graduation.
